Terms of use

Last updated 19 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and SuperServe, a sole proprietorship of Samar Pathania, which makes and runs Tilozi ("we", "us"). They cover the Tilozi apps for iPhone, iPad and Android, the web dashboard at login.tilozi.app, and this website. By creating an account or using Tilozi, you agree to them. Please also read our privacy policy, which explains how we handle your family's information.

The short version

Who can use Tilozi

To create an account you must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live). The person who creates a family must be the parent or legal guardian of the children they add, or have the parent's or guardian's permission.

That person (the family owner) decides which other grown-ups join, by invite code, and what each one can see and change. You are responsible for who you invite and for removing anyone who should no longer have access.

Children use Tilozi only through Kid Mode on a device a grown-up has set up. A child does not sign in, does not have an account, and is not asked for personal information.

Your account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep access to your email and your devices secure, and set a parent PIN if other people use your device. You are responsible for what happens in your account. If you think someone else has used it, tell us at support@tilozi.app.

What Tilozi is, and is not

Tilozi is a tool to help children follow visual routines and to help the grown-ups around them stay in step. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Nothing in the app is medical, therapeutic or educational advice; talk to a qualified professional about your child's needs.

Tilozi does not replace a grown-up's supervision. Do not rely on it for anything where a missed or late reminder could cause harm, such as medicine. Reminders depend on your device's settings, battery and connection, and may not always arrive. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

Your content

You keep all rights to what you add to Tilozi: photos, voice recordings, routines, stories, notes and messages ("your content"). You give us a limited permission to store, copy, process and show your content only as needed to run Tilozi for you and the grown-ups you invite, for as long as it is in your account. We do not sell your content, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.

Only add content you have the right to use. Do not upload photos or recordings of other people without their permission (or their parent's, for a child), and never anything unlawful or harmful.

Using Tilozi properly

Please do not:

If you find a security problem, please tell us at support@tilozi.app (see also security.txt).

Parental consent

Before any information about a child is stored on our servers, the family owner confirms consent by email, as our privacy policy describes. Until then, everything stays only on the device. Consent can be withdrawn at any time in the app.

Subscriptions and payments

Some or all of Tilozi may require a paid subscription, and may come with a free trial. Before you pay, we show the price, what it includes and how often it renews. We will not charge you for anything you have not agreed to.

If we change a price, we tell you in advance, and the new price applies only from your next renewal.

Changes to Tilozi

We keep improving Tilozi, so features may change, be added or be removed. If we remove something important you are paying for, we will tell you in advance. If we ever stop running Tilozi, we will give you reasonable notice and a way to download your data first.

Ending your account

You can stop using Tilozi at any time. Settings → Delete my account deletes your account; for a family owner it deletes the whole family. Download a copy first if you want one (Settings → Your data). Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription; cancel that in your App Store or Google Play settings.

We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or where the law requires it. Where it is fair and safe to do so, we will warn you first and explain why.

Apple

If you got Tilozi from the App Store: these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Tilozi or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it, and is not responsible for any claims relating to it (including product liability, legal compliance or intellectual property claims). If Tilozi fails to meet an applicable warranty, you may tell Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

Our responsibility to you

We work hard to keep Tilozi reliable and secure, but we provide it as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every child or family.

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses, or for loss of data you did not back up, and our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Tilozi in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, and nothing here takes away the rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute cannot be resolved by talking to us first, the courts at Amritsar, Punjab will have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere, you also keep any right your local consumer law gives you to bring a claim in your own country.

Grievance officer

Under India's Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, our grievance officer is Samar Pathania, proprietor of SuperServe, who can be reached at support@tilozi.app, on +91 79865 07609, or at 53A-Suraj Avenue, FGC Road, Amritsar 143001, Punjab, India. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. If you keep using Tilozi after that, the new terms apply; if you do not agree, you can delete your account. The date at the top shows when these terms last changed.
